Biofeedback means information is given back to the body and mind in the present to change the responses in the body for the future. Early biofeedback devices worked on the principle that heart rates, circulation of blood, skin temperature and tightness in the muscles as in the head could be effected by mental thoughts and feelings. Training one to relax certain muscles, think different thoughts and interact with the computer machine meant relief of pain.

The history of Biofeedback in relation to cell frequencies gained widespread attention in the late 1960's and early 1970's when the brain waves of yogis in India were studied by Dr. Elmer Green and found to be on a different level such that they could slow their system down to the point that they could even stop the heart from beating and not die.
The EPFX measures the electromagnetic shapes in the form of a homeopathic and then "we are going to see how the reactive Trivector Field of the client reacts to it and this gives us the whole chart" said by developer Bill Nelson. He went on to say in a recent interview: "The whole idea of what we are doing is measuring electromagnetic three-dimensional shapes in the patient, in the homeopathic and then seeing how they are compatible... About this same time, Bill Nelson was using his computer knowledge to create the QXCI that incorporated the Rife technology and computerized many other biofeedback and acupuncture programs. The FDA accepted the program in diagnosis first and then the next year for treatment. When Dr. Nelson combined the programs, the FDA said you can sell in the USA but not make it here. Thus, the QXCI (earlier version) is made in Hungary and sold to the US residents.
In addition to biofeedback, the EPFX is the world's largest software package that houses many programs and assessment tools and registered as a Biofeedback Device with the FDA.
